Privacy Policy

EnteKada ("we") is a proprietorship run by Yadukrishnan P in Kerala, India. We provide WhatsApp chat automation to local businesses ("our clients"). This policy explains what we do with information when you message a business that uses EnteKada, or when a business signs up with us.
Who is responsible
When you message one of our clients, that business decides how your conversation is used. We process the conversation on its behalf, only to run its WhatsApp service.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, as shared by WhatsApp.
- The messages you send to the business and the replies sent to you.
- Technical records such as message times and delivery status.
- For businesses that sign up: contact details and WhatsApp Business account details.
How we use it
- To receive your messages and send replies on the business's behalf.
- To pass conversations to the business owner when a person needs to respond.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent misuse.
Replies may be generated by automated systems, including AI models. We do not use your messages to advertise to you, and we do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- The business you are messaging.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), which carries the messages.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts our systems in India (Mumbai region).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
System logs are deleted after 14 days. Conversation records are kept only as long as the business needs them to serve you, or until the business stops using EnteKada, whichever is sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can stop messaging the business at any time. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, by writing to the address below. We will reply within 30 days.
Data deletion
To delete your data, email yadu@entekada.store with the phone number you used. We will delete it from our systems and confirm by email.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to the systems that need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
